Mega Choofer Pack

A new variation of the 14kg Choofer now has the option of two doors instead of the standard one door.

This modification now allows the user, whether it be at home or out camping to be able to open one or both doors and enjoy the ambience of a hardwood fire and coals without the sides of the Choofer restricting vision.

As with the build of the popular 14kg Kingaroy Choofer, the 14kg x 2 door Choofer has a larger door opening of L375mm X H160mm with a door hinge pivoting each door.

A 15mm support bar has been left between the doors to add strength and also accommodate the latch for the door handle.

This 14kg Choofer allows the camp oven enthusiast to now use the popular 9 quart camp oven as well as smaller camp ovens.

The 9 quart camp oven will now fit entirely inside the Kingaroy Choofer , resting above the coals on the bottom horizontal bars (supplied) with the top lid on, meaning that the camp oven will have all round heat, 360 degrees uniform contained heat, giving greater control of your cooking and a contained safe fire place.

Other items on the 14kg Choofer to mention are, an average inside diameter of 365mm, with more than adequate ventilation holes located around the base, holes midway and near the top of base to accommodate the horizontal bars to sit the camp oven on, 76mm chimney with enclosed damper for regulating combustion of the hot coals, sandblasted inside and outside, mig welded and painted with 2 coats of pot belly black paint or 3 light coats of Stove Bright high temperature paint, rated at 650*C

Now you can enjoy the mesmerising sight of a fire and coals, safely contained inside the Choofer.
